Jeffrey Lam Kin-fung, SBS, MBE, JP (simplified Chinese: 林健锋; traditional Chinese: 林健鋒; born in Hong Kong) is a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (Legco), representing the Commercial (First) functional constituency. He was a long-term member of Hong Kong's Liberal Party, and, in September 2008, was nominated as the party's chairman, following the resignation of James Tien. He now sits as a member of the pro-business group Economic Synergy after resigning from the Liberals.

Lam attended St. Joseph's College (class of 1969) and graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University in the United States.
He is managing director of Forward Winsome Industries, a toy manufacturer. He is also a General Committee Member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce.[1]
In 1996, Lam was appointed a Justice of Peace and received an MBE.[2] In 2004 he received the Silver Bauhinia Star.[3]
